to you on this (other work-project related crap has encompassed my life of late, 

now back to this - way more fun =)  ).... I appreciate your input on this, 

I tried this but can't seem to get it to work in the command line... but I 

did <FONT size=2>set CATALINA_OPTS="-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1" tried to re- run 

the opencms set up and still get the same freakin error....</FONT></FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've tried everything (including changing the java 

vm encoding to ISO-8859-1 .... but no dice, anyone have another suggestion, this
