The biggest problem i think would be the cache, the one with public <br>
access will not recognize the<br>
changes made in the internal use because the cache mechanism in some <br>
places is implemented<br>
havnig in mind that the change has happened in the same JVM.<br>
(this is happening in opencms5)<br>
