Try flex.jsp.exporturl=<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://127.0.0.1:8080/opencms/opencms">http://127.0.0.1:8080/opencms/opencms</a>
in opencms.properties.
I think with this setting the problem didn't occur that often at our site.
