<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have a file that has somehow got into a strange state. The file is templateTest.html and I cannot publish it. When I try, it does not end up in the Online project. In the same directory there is a file named ~templateTest.html which has a closed lock icon. I cannot steal the lock (CmsDbAccess exception - /default/vfs/~templateTest.html), so I cannot delete the file.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">How can I dig under the hood to remove the ~ file and maybe the non-~ file in order to recreate these files?</FONT>
