in order to validate our publishing process.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The goal is to let the project manager
publish a project only if validors are ok with this action. Is close to
thaht : "We want the  publish button appears for a document only
if validors are agree with it"</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Do I need to modify the core of opencms
? Or can I start the same task to multiple users and wait for the completion
for all users?</font>
