itself really use a template, since it supplys only "additional" text elements.
We frequently use this for supplying additional content. Once you have defined
an element in the controlcode, you are able to edit it in the WYSIWYG
editor. All elements of the page that are NOT part of the template are marked
with a stat "*" in the elements selection.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

elements: header, footer, and body. What defines which elements are available
for a page? For example, if I create a new page using the same Empty template,
it only has 2 elements: body and text1. Is it necessary to manually edit the
controlcode in order to create new elements or is there a way to do this in
