Security/Toolbar Question

What versions are you using?

If it is version 5 then
there is no WYSIWYG-editor for Firefox - instead it defaults to use the source
code editor. This would explain why she sees only a few buttons on the
toolbar.

You did not state explicitly that the pop-up blocker has been
disabled in IE (servicepack 2 updates IE so it gets a pop up blocker similar
to Firefox).
If that is not the problem, and she not just using wrong
username/password (be aware of upper/lower case), then you must provide more
information like what is in the opencms log and the like.

On 22/2-2005,

are new to OpenCms and have just started using it. Our customer is
currently waiting to populate their website, so I would appreciate a quick

it.<?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller> <?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller>Basically,
the customer is accessing the system via Windows XP with Servicepack 2

this worked.<?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller> <?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller>Now,
she is trying to edit pages, when in the WYSIWIG Editor, she cannot see the
full toolbar, e.g. font, size, alignment, bold etc.. she can only see a
couple of icons, e.g. save and help. Also, when entering text,
she enters it, presses return to put a space between paragraphs, but when
she clicks "save" the whole page of text lumps into one paragraph, and does
not remain formatted.<?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller> <?/smaller><?/fontfamily>
<?fontfamily><?param Arial><?smaller>I
