this is wrong ... after you published a page, this page is live. If you
want to publish such a page to another webserver like apache, you can
use static export feature of opencms.
To test what is live and what is not live you can change project from
offline to online. Each published file is online available.
The online view is nearly what opencms views if you didn´t used static
export feature.
