export folder issue

Hello,

I've experienced a problem whenever attempting either method of suppressing /opencms/opencms/. It seems like the OpenCms mechanism for exporting files to the /export/ folder no longer works.

e.g. the file /export/system/workplace/commons/style/workplace.css is never exported, so the top and bottom frames of the workplace are not properly styled when I log in.

This issue was posted earlier this month, can anyone elaborate or confirm that this is the origin of the problem?
