<br>I´ve patched the CmsXmlLocaleValue class to accept 3 letter value for locale language, and it is working for me now. 
<br>At ISO-639.2 specs ( <a href="http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/englangn.html" target="_top" rel="nofollow">http://www.loc.gov/standards/iso639-2/englangn.html</a> ) you can see both 2 & 3 letter locale language available... shall I report this as a bug ? or maybe as a new feature request?
