From the installation manual of OpenCms 6 chapter 2 Installing
Tomcat:<br>
<br>
Please note: Older OpenCms Version required an environment setting for
the Java file encoding -dfile.encoding=.... for OpenCms. This is NOT
longer required with OpenCms 6.<br>
