OpenCms startup, and only ever written to when changes are made through the
Workplace (or programatically). Only if I make a change through the
Workplace do I lose any changes made manually during the same runtime instance

but after I shutdown and restart, the chages are lost... only if the server is
up already, and if I then reload the webapp context, then my settings remain
until tomcat shuts down.<BR><BR>I was not able to track this down, but I have
experienced this repeadtedly. I know that this sounds very odd. Did anyone
