why is the html editor inside structured

the html editor for xmlpage is not doing that.<br>

and I find that the bold button add <strong> tag with IE but add
<span style="font-weight: bold;"> tag with Firefox. any idea?
therefore with firefox the bold button is not working<br>

Works fine for me with Firefox 1.5.4/Linux<br>
Have you tried to update Firefox? That's my only idea<br>
