Sadly, this is not possible. Currently, the "workflow" view is only a
task assignment application that has no connection with any other
information that is maintained in opencms<br>

No, I don't think so. You would have to dig into the workflow classes
and possibly workflow tables. <br>
It seems to be planned to re-write the workflow component of opencms,
but I don't know what is planned. At present, the workflow is not
really integrated with anything.<br>
