do you have set export=true? or alternatively in
opencms-importexport.xml you can set:
<defaultpropertyvalue>true</defaultpropertyvalue><br>
and also set:<br>

<suffix key=".html"/> ----> that won't hurt :-) <br>

It is a good idea if you set the property export=true on your site e.g.
/sites/default<br>
