<div>    During publishing resources from Offline To Online, some error occured. After this error, publishing stopped and some resources are locked by Admin. There is a publishing and lock icon on resource and on mouse-over, it says, "Resource is waiting to be Published" & "Resource is Locked by Admin".</div>

<div>I tried re-publishing, but it dosen't worked. Retsarted several times tomcat/machine, no success. On right-clicking resource, it shows following in menu:</div>

<div>Relations, History and Properties. Whereas, publish directly is disabled.</div>

<div>What is the solution for this? Is there any way to UNLOCK these resources by modifying tables? If yes, then which table?</div>
