have you tried to set the "export" file property of your JSPs (or one
of the parent folders) to "true"?<br>
That works fine for me. I have various JSPs that get exported this way
(most of these JSPs having .html extension.)<br>

staticexport.default.export=true
staticexport.path=/home/httpd/html
relativelinks_in_export=true
Could this be the problem?
