Hello,<div>  I'm a newbie at OpenCMS, and I'm interested in some good general documentation and some documentation specific to features that will allow for controlled modification of files on a server filesystem, with user level permissions.  If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.</div>
