I personally do not know about any module.<br><br>You can try with a regular navigation built with the OpenCms Api (based on an unordered list) and enhance it with Javascript.<br><br><a href="http://users.tpg.com.au/j_birch/plugins/superfish/">Superfish</a> comes to my mind:<br>
