<br>
It seems that the page properties are configurable using only
'string' and 'select' widgets (configured in the site map
properties, under the tab 'Property configuration'). We would need
more complex means for users to configure pages, for instance
selecting files from the VFS (for CSS imports, JS, etc), and
textarea for long texts (for example custom code that needs to be
rendered on the HEAD part of the HTML document). We tried to
provide a container in the HEAD part of the HTML but it doesn't
really work. Using <headinclude> in the XSD is not suitable,
since the resources are normally created by the content managers
(so it is not just adding jQuery to the container page when a
widget needs it).<br>
<br>
The settings for the content elements (that are added to the
containers) seem more advanced, allowing to use the following
widgets: </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:
rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13px;
font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal;
letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 19px; orphans: 2; text-align:
-webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space:
normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust:
auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(255,
255, 255); display: inline !important; float: none; ">checkbox,
datebox, multiselect, radio, textarea, select, string, vfslink. It
would be really powerful to have those widgets also available for
the page properties.</span><span class="Apple-style-span"
style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: sans-serif; font-size:
13px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight:
normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 19px; orphans: 2;
text-align: -webkit-auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none;
white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;
-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;
background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); display: inline !important;
float: none; "> Is there any way we can extend the available
widgets for the page properties? <br>
<br>
Another question related to the content element settings (above
listed). Is there any documentation about the configurations that
each one accepts?<br>
<br>
<br>
Thanks in advance,<br>
Rafael</span>
