sorry for the late reply. There was an issue with the recent list getting to big to be saved in the additional user infos. Best option is to wait a few days and update to version 8.5.1 once it is released.
A temporary solution is to manually clear the recent list by editing the effected user. Edit the additional info and remove the entry starting with 'ADE_RECENT_LIST='. This will clear the users recent list.
