<div dir="ltr">While it is possible to set predefined image formats for cropping via the XSD schemas for specific content, it does not seem to be possible to do the same when using images inside the WISYWIG editor widget. The editor always uses some default values.<div>
<br></div><div>And it appears that these default values are actually hard coded in the GWT code (both names and configuration). The CmsImageFormatHandler.readFormatsConfig() checks for modus and only when using it in widget mode it will attempt to find custom settings, otherwise it will always fall back to the hard coded defaults.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Obviously there is no place to put the custom formats when using the editor since the CmsHtmlWidgetOption does not have parameters for it so there is only to fall back to some default values. This would actually be ok for my purpose if only the defaults could be configured.</div>
