I had a similar problems once, debugged the sourcecode a bit, but couldn't
locate it.
I think this only happened, when I took one site and copied it as basis for
the other.
So it probably it had to do with one link or reference in the config still
pointing to the wrong site.
For me it was solved when renaming the folder ".config" to ".config_" in one
site.
