My guess was A_CmsGalleryWidget#getDialogInitMethod(), but when 
debugging into, it never stops at the breakpoint in this method.

I urgently need to rework our old custom widgets done for OpenCms 6, 
because they "break" the new Acacia editor completly.
The edit form switches to old editor.

And the example in org.opencms.dev.demo.customwidget is rather poor ...
