    I decided to do a fresh 8.0.3 install since the upgrade from 7.0.5

    failed.<br>

    The install says:<br>

    <br>

    <b>You can continue the setup, but image processing will be

      disabled.</b><br>

    <br>

    Seems to me I've seen this before a couple of weeks ago but don't

    recall how I solved it.<br>
