    So I checked and "OpenCms 8 TinyMCE WYSIWYG editor plugin" is in the
    list of installed modules,<br>
    but still the bullseye is not showing up after login to workplace.<br>

    Any idea ? Any suggestion that might help in troubleshooting ?<br>
