I'm not sure whether you got an answer already, but FWIW, in
/system/workplace/resources/filetypes you may find<br>
the icons that correspond to the ones used in the Direct Edit menus
for the different templates etc.. You may want to exchange them
against something different, if it's that you were looking for.<br>
