the minus sign is special sign, maybe you need to
escape it with "\".</small></p>

<p>I even tried "*" with no luck.</p>
<p>But I missed this exception in "opencms-search.log". It appears
twice on system startup, no additional entries on search. And it
does not appear in the log of the comparable system, where search
works. What is this and can it be the cause?<br>
