<p class="MsoNormal">I recently setup a new internet site and on a new Suse linux server VM, and have become unable to edit the sitemap configuration file in the .content folder every time I try to open it I receive this error:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Also when editing pages the editors tool bar is not visible and simply replaced with a white bar which I believe may be a result/symptom of error.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The VM is setup exactly like the VM we’re using for our intranet site which is working fine and does not receive this error. Running apache 2.4, tomcat 8.0.32, and opencms 10.0.0
