[opencms-dev] opencms login.html not starting in browsers

Hi all,

I just installed OpenCMS 4.0 a22 on my machine running following equipment:

Windows NT 4.0 WS SP 5 german
Apache WebServer 1.3.12
Apache JServ 1.0
IBM JDK 1.1.8
SUN JSDK 2.0
MySql-JDBC 1.2b (Mark Matthews)
Apache Xerces XML-Parser 1.0.0
OpenCMS 4.0 a22 (latest release)
Internet Explorer 5.0
Netscape Navigator 4.6

Installation was made according to the online installation manual.
System is running fine when starting from the OpenCMS console
unter NT-DOS. I can login as Admin with password admin and get
the required results when requesting file information with the
command readFile   ......

Unfortunately I get no results when starting login.html in the browser
with the URL: http://localhost/servlets/opencms/system/workplace/action/login.html

The result is:  NOTHING !
No error message within the browser, really nothing.
The browser tries to load login.html for a long time, maybe 2 minutes
with the following message: file not found !

I just examined the error.log of my webserver:
