go back to step 7 of the installation instructions and check
your zone.properties. Possibly you have multiple lines 

    servlet.opencms.code=com.opencms.core.OpenCmsServlet

Be sure this line appears only *once*!

I will update the instructions web page during the next days.
This seems to be very misunderstanding.
