[opencms-dev] Create a new Projet - permission problems

i am login with user include in projecte Manager group.
When i want to create a new project under a new folder, i have a error :

no write permission on /download/, /pics/, <my new folder>
the folder /download doesn't existe.
How i can create this folder? how i can change and look the permission?

Who i can download a english version of the help?
