During installation of the OpenCms you have defined an ExportPath - this is
the folder on your local hard disk where OpenCms is looking for its import
files. You can always change this path by using the "writeExportPath
[pathname]" command from the OpenCms shell.

You just have to copy the import file "examples.zip" which can be found in
the examples folder of the unzipped OpenCms distribution into this folder. 

When on the workplace of OpenCms, create a new project and then use the
import function to import the examples into the system. The import is found
in the Adminstration View -> Database Management -> Import. There you then
should find the examples.zip in the selectbox with available imports. Choose
it, press OK and the files inside the zip are imported into the system.

You should then find the examples in a folder called "examples" inside the
VFS of the OpenCms.
