[opencms-dev] New method in CmsXmlTemplate.class

Hi everybody,

I trie to insert a new user defined method into the CmsXmlTemplate.class. I
have extracted the class from the opencms.jar file, added the new method (it
is the "getHello"-method as described in the Open CMS Template Manual),
compiled the CmsXmlTemplate.class and packed the opencms.jar file again.
After I inserted the method in a webside I got an error message when I
requested the side. The error message says that the method can't be found.
But it is definetly in the CmsXmlTemplate.class. Can anybody help me, who
has experience in writing own template classes.
