The problem seems to be that you are not authorized to access the MySql
database, see the line

of the logfile.

Make sure that the Apache/Jrun process is allowed to access the database. I
don't know under which user Apache/Jrun are running, but Apache/Jserv
normally uses the "nobody" user.

Btw, it looks as if you use a old version of OpenCms (4.0.x ?), I suggest
that you should try a more recent version,
i.e. Version 4.1.37.
