[opencms-dev] login not possible

I wants to test opencms (4.1.56).
My configuration is MySQL 3.23.31, Apache 1.3.14, JServ 1.1.2 (Tomcat 3.2.1),
jsdk20, xerces 1.3.0 - and everything seem to work! 
Everything went fine when proceeding with install.txt. Login via OpenCMS 
console was possible.
But when I tried to access it via browser (...action/login.html), I got an 
error:
	? UNKNOWN DATABLOCK details
and the login data is not accepted.
