[opencms-dev] What is the proper way to upgrade from 4.3.x -> 4.3.x+1 ?

Hi,

 I've seen a couple of other responses regarding how to upgrade from 4.2 to
4.3, which includes 
exporting and importing the database.

 MY question is - is this necessary or can I can just replace the jar-files
etc. ?
