Hello Marcel,
you can back-up your project by exporting it to the local
file system. Select your project and go to the administration
view, click on 'Database-management' and then 'Export'. You
can select which resources of your project to export
and a name for your export-file. It will be created as a zip-file
in your opencms-export-folder (by default the folder export in your
opencms home directory). If you have published your project,
you can create a new offline-project to edit the resources. When
creating an offline-project the resources in this project will
always be copied from the current online-project.

Regards,
Michael

Betreff: [opencms-dev] backup a project

hi,

today i've finished my first project. and i have to admit that OpenCms is
great!
but now i have a question about something such a back-up function.
is it possible to back up the whole project before i publish it. the reason
for my question is the project will be deleted after publishing it. how can
i change some contents after publishing it?

thanx,

marcel
