[opencms-dev] Problems with Tomcat and 4.3.11

Hi All,
I installed opencms 4.3.11 on a NT box with IIS and Tomcat. It works fine so far. But I can't publish a Project. When I click the publish button, opencms tells me to wait, and after a while I see see the explorer view again (without an error message); the project is still there and nothing is published.
In the OpenCMS.log file there is nothing special. In the tomcat jvm.stderr I have the following error:

Any Ideas what is wrong?
