AW: [opencms-dev] Problems with Tomcat and 4.3.11

I don't know if we had the same problem, but there are similarities. I had
this after imorting an existing project (over admin->db maint.->import) and
then trying to publish. What I tried was reinitialising everything and
importing and then publishing through the cms shell. Since then I have had
no more problems.

The NullPointerExecption is a common occurance with Tomcat and OpenCms. I
have as yet heard any news regarding any clean up in this direction but
would be very interested to know :o)

Hi All,
I installed opencms 4.3.11 on a NT box with IIS and Tomcat. It works fine so
far. But I can't publish a Project. When I click the publish button, opencms
tells me to wait, and after a while I see see the explorer view again
(without an error message); the project is still there and nothing is
published.
In the OpenCMS.log file there is nothing special. In the tomcat jvm.stderr I
have the following error:
