[opencms-dev] XML parsing error

Hi,
I have written my first test template and test page. When I try to open the
page I get an XML parsing error. I took the recommended version 1.2.3 of
xerces and put the jar-File to the directory "oclib". The version of opencms
is 4.3.13 with Apache 1.3.19, JServ 1.1.2, JSDK 2.1 and MySQL 3.23.30-gamma
on Windows 2000. During the installation there have been no problems.

[CmsException]: 21 XML parsing error. Detailed Error: Cannot parse XML file
