[opencms-dev] where to put own classes?

Hi developers,

in version 4.3.3 i put my own template classes unjared into  
<PATH TO TOMCAT>/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/classes/

Now i installes the latest version 4.3.17 and found out that they only will 
work if they are jared and located in oclib-directory.

It doesn't work in
- <PATH TO TOMCAT>/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/classes/ (unjared)
- <PATH TO TOMCAT>/webapps/opencms/WEB-INF/lib/ (jared)
- OpenCMS VFS: /system/classes/ (unjared)

this is not good for testing.

How can i make it work like before?
