AW: [opencms-dev] missing cms_module_forum tables / Step 6th inst all problems

Hi,
 
the two tables in the install-guide are wrong. You don't need them for the
OpenCms-system. I will delete these two entries in the install-guide.
 
You have another problem. OpenCms is not able to read or write things from
your database. Maybe you have not imported the database-setup scripts for
your user.

Has anyone had trouble with the installation procedure missing two tables?
The installation gets past step 5, which creates the tables.  But there are
two tables, cms_module_forum and cms_module_forum_comment that seem to be
missing.  I cannot find any reference to these tables outsideof the install
docs.
And when i ran step 6th i'm getting the following output:
