[opencms-dev] Installation problem

The user you want to connect with has to be an MySQL user. This is to say,
you have to have access in the MySql database.

This can probably be done with a sort of administration tool in MySql and
other wise with some sql-statements.

The instructions don't mention anything about adding a user. I can confirm
the CMS_USERS table is empty.
OK, I've created a user record in the CMS_USERS table and made sure the
pool.mysql.user / pool.mysql.password entries from conf/opencms.properties
match those in the the db.
I've retried but still get the same error message.
Any ideas?
