Hola,

Requirements IMHO are:

For developers:
- HTML skills (naturally)
- Very very basic XML skills (see OpenCMS manual for XML usage)
- Java programming skills (for extra functionalities)

For content editors:
- none (editor is WYSIWYG, basic HTML knowledge can be handy)
