[opencms-dev] Export issue

I created the file "a.html" at /pics/system in the VFS. When I published
the project, the file "a.html" was exported to the real file system (as
expected), but its content is:

com.opencms.template.CmsXmlTemplate /content/templates/empty
com.opencms.template.CmsXmlTemplate /content/bodys/pics/system/a.html 

Does anybody know how to export the "real" html output ? (not the xml
template definition).
