AW: [opencms-dev] Velocity support

Hi here are the Velocity helper classes we use to access velocity
templates within the OpenCMS filesystem.
They are far from perfect but they are a working solution and can be
merged with the core system if needed (I´ve put them under the same
license
as the core OpenCMS system to avoid license conflicts)! We also will put
them onto our webpage tomorrow for fast access.
