[opencms-dev] mod_jk, [jk_ajp13_worker.c (381)]: Error ajp13_process_callback - write failed (Apache/1.3.22, Tomcat/4.0.3)

Anyone getting this ([jk_ajp13_worker.c (381)]: Error
ajp13_process_callback - write failed) or similar
errors while running the OpenCms 4.6 workplace with
Apache/mod_jk?

Everything is fine while running under tomcat
standalone, but when I switched over to Apache/mod_jk,
some of the workplace images fail to load and I got
this error in the mod_jk.log.

I'm currently trying to get Apache/1.3.22,
Tomcat/4.0.3, OpenCms 4.6 and mod_jk running under
Redhat 7.0, but I've experienced similar errors under
mod_webapp and I've tried mod_webapp/mod_jk on Win2K
with simialar problems.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
