[opencms-dev] ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException happening during ocsetup

After entering information about mysql (usernames, password, and location) 
and i received
a page saying OK for "Trying to drop database", "creating database" and 
"creating tables"
I received:

I looked in the archives but couldn't find anything that could help me at 
this point,
