[opencms-dev] that little toggle flag to unlock the wizard

I saw it pass by during installation that after the
wizard locked itself from reinvocation that the script said to toggle some
flag. I should have written this down. Now I can't find it. Not even
in the FAQ under wizard or ocsetup.

What was again this toggle and where has it to be enabled?
